Make graphs contains fork to be dumped into dot files properly

Description

Currently, an event graph contains a fork cannot be dumped into dot files properly.
A fork like

1 2 3 "A_1" -> "A_2_0" "A_1" -> "A_2_1" "A_2_1" -> "A_3"

will be dumped as

1 2 3 "A_1" -> "A_2" [minlen=1] "A_1" -> "A_2" [minlen=1] "A_2" -> "A_3" [minlen=1]

which cannot be recogonized by the dot_parser and be used as input graphs to a functional test.

This task includes the work of first investigating whether it will be worth to have the ability of dumping a graph with a fork to dot and have that dot file be usable to construct another parsec instance. And if so, carry out the implemenation work correspondently.
