Write a test that checks for fork resilience

Description

In order to be sure that fixes what it's supposed to fix, we will need a test that checks the fork resilience.

The task is to write a test (probably dot-graph-based), which would create a gossip graph with a fork, with interesting events on both sides of the fork, causing nodes to reach split consensus (i.e. the meta-election should decide "true" for the forking node, but some peers should take the interesting event from one side of the fork into account, and some should take the other one).

This test should be failing with code from before MAID-3164; then, should make it pass.
