NFS issue - read file in chunks

Description

NFS file_read API throws -302: NFS error: Invalid byte range specified when trying to fetch a file in a chunk with correct range.

Test case for this available here https://github.com/shankar2105/safe_app_nodejs/blob/file_read_chunk/test/mutable.js#L917

To run that test, please pull https://github.com/shankar2105/safe_app_nodejs/tree/file_read_chunk and run `npm run test-s`

It's confirmed that the issue is not on the safe_client_libs side.
