When creating an account entry for a managed node (PmidNode) in PmidManager, disk related initial info may need to be presented, such as how much space is being promised.
If it turns out no need to register this information at the beginning, decision comments still need to be logged into this task and update the story points to reflect the workload of investigation, and mark this task as done through review process.
